Initiatives

25.03.2026
Grand Théâtre · Philharmonie · MUDAM
Together with the Red Cross Luxembourg, we organised 8 cultural excursions — approximately 10 participants per event — to the Grand Théâtre, Philharmonie Luxembourg, and the MUDAM contemporary art museum. These outings gave Ukrainian refugees a chance to connect with Luxembourg’s cultural life, find moments of joy and beauty, and feel part of the European community.

Concert · Serhii & Hanna
A warm community concert at Boulevard Konrad Adenauer brought together Ukrainians, Luxembourgers and friends from across Europe. Performers Serhii and Hanna filled the evening with soul, music and unity. Special thanks to Tami & Sergo for making this evening possible — your generosity and care for our community is truly felt.

Grant Applications
Culture Helps Solidarity
In partnership with NGO “Strings of Heart”, we submitted a joint application for psychological and cultural support for Ukrainian refugees across Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Finland. The programme combines arts therapy, community events and mental resilience workshops — addressing trauma, isolation and the challenge of rebuilding life in a new country.

Update (June 2026): The proposal was not selected during this funding cycle. KOLOSVIT ASBL appreciates the opportunity to participate and continues developing the initiative through other partnerships and funding opportunities.

ARCH Alliance
The ARCH (AI Resilience & Community Hub) platform is our most ambitious project: a simulation environment combining aerospace training methodologies with cognitive load awareness tools. Designed for high-stress professional settings, ARCH also has direct application in refugee support and mental resilience training. The first public phase is currently under preparation.

Update (June 2026): The proposal was not selected during this funding cycle. KOLOSVIT ASBL appreciates the opportunity to participate and continues developing the initiative through other partnerships and funding opportunities.

About KOLOSVIT

KOLOSVIT ASBL is an innovative association registered in Luxembourg, where future technologies serve real human needs. We believe that digital education, mental resilience and cultural belonging are not luxuries — they are foundations for a dignified life in a new country.

Founded by Ukrainians living in Europe, KOLOSVIT builds bridges between communities, generations and disciplines. We work at the intersection of culture, science and social care — always led by humanity first.

At least 90% of our resources go directly to our mission: supporting displaced people, developing educational programmes and fostering meaningful cultural connections across Europe.

“We are united by shared values — humanity, knowledge, and the belief that every talent matters. Every person who arrives carrying loss also arrives carrying gifts. Our role is to help those gifts bloom.”

🖥 Digital Education — Autonomous systems, AI literacy and future-skills training.
🧠 Neuro-Resilience — The ARCH programme for cognitive health and stress recovery.
🤝 Social Integration — Cultural events, wellness and community belonging.
🌿 Environment — Ecological responsibility as a civic value.

KOLOSVIT Community Activation Platform

CAP · One Partner. Multiple Solutions.

KOLOSVIT Community Activation Platform (CAP) is an innovative ecosystem that brings together community wellbeing, municipal asset activation, cultural programmes and digital innovation under one coordinated partnership. Rather than offering isolated projects, KOLOSVIT provides municipalities, organisations and communities with a flexible platform — where every module can be implemented independently or as part of a comprehensive long-term collaboration.

Platform Modules

🏙️ CareterA

Community & Property Activation System — AI-assisted municipal governance, property monitoring and community activation.

💚 ARCH

Community Wellbeing Module — prevention, resilience and AI-assisted wellbeing programmes for municipalities, businesses and individuals.

💎 Pearls of Luxembourg

Community Events & Culture — inspiring stories, skills and connections through community gatherings.

🚁 Digital Innovation

Drone Academy, AI tools, digital skills and technology partnerships for communities and municipalities.

🇪🇺 European Projects

Support in accessing Interreg, CERV, ERDF, ESF and other European funding programmes.

Join the Network

Membership is based on mutual exchange. We ask two questions:

✶ What are you looking for?

✶ What are you ready to offer?

Those who only seek without contributing do not join this network — the principle of a living community where everyone gives and receives.

A Growing Network

Our partner network is growing. Today it includes 53 Ukrainian partners — 48 enterprises and 5 civil society organisations — with expertise in manufacturing, technology, social services and innovation. We actively expand across Europe and beyond, inviting universities, businesses, NGOs and public institutions to join.

Based on our memoranda, if you are interested in manufacturing activities in Ukraine, we can assist — our partner enterprises have tax benefits for employing people with disabilities.

Digital Innovation & Drone Academy

In May 2026 we launched our first pilot project — drone simulator training — holding 6 Liftoff licences. We are currently seeking a permanent location and appropriate equipment (including 6 MacBook Pro M1 laptops, joysticks, and indoor training drones) to open our first training classroom.

Development partners: LuGus Studios (Belgium, game & simulation technology) and Velosidron (memorandum of cooperation for ARCH development). We invite universities, educational centres and public institutions to collaborate.

Solutions for Communities

🏙️ Municipal Innovation

KOLOSVIT supports municipalities and public institutions with data-driven, community-led approaches to underused assets, social services and public engagement — connecting real needs on the ground with practical, measurable action.

This includes property and infrastructure activation (via CareterA), community wellbeing programmes (via ARCH), digital skills and drone training for local capacity building, and support for integration and social cohesion initiatives.

Community Needs Assessment
Understanding real needs of residents and public institutions through simple, private data collection and analysis.
Smart City & Urban Planning
Better decisions on planning, zoning, resource allocation and infrastructure maintenance.
Social Services & Inclusion
Targeted support programmes, service matching and integration for vulnerable groups.
Community Resilience
Programmes connecting wellbeing (ARCH) and property activation (CareterA) at municipal scale.

🎭 Culture, Community & Integration

We organise a variety of cultural and community programmes — gatherings and integration events that bring together musicians, poets and artists, as well as integration activities built around cooking master classes and similar shared experiences.

We design these programmes for different community groups — for example, mutual-aid initiatives for childcare (including during shopping trips), wellness programmes, hiking and similar activities.

🎤 Cultural Gatherings
Meetings and events bringing together musicians, poets and artists — creating spaces for shared creative expression and connection.
🍴 Integration Through Food
Cooking master classes and shared meals that bring people together across cultures and backgrounds.
👶 Mutual Aid for Families
Community-driven support for childcare, including during shopping trips and everyday errands.
🏙 Wellness & Outdoor Programmes
Hiking, wellness activities and nature-based gatherings that build connection and resilience.

Les Perles d'Onyx · Pearls of Luxembourg

Stories · Skills · Connections

Pearls of Luxembourg is an initiative of KOLOSVIT ASBL and its CEO Jan Onyx (pen name) that brings together remarkable people through inspiring stories, practical knowledge and meaningful human connections.

Luxembourg is full of people whose stories deserve to be heard beyond their own circle. Pearls creates the space where these stories are shared — and where new connections begin.

Pearls is not just an evening series. It is a growing ecosystem — adaptable to any sector, any community, any story worth telling.

Our Formats
💎 Pearls Talks
Three guests. Three stories. Three dreams for Luxembourg. An intimate evening where entrepreneurs, scientists, artists and professionals share their experience. Each guest shares a story from their professional world, something about Luxembourg they wish more people knew, and a dream — what they would change, if they could.
💎 Pearls Workshops
Learning directly from remarkable people. Every guest answers one simple question: "What can I teach people in one hour?"

Topics include drone flying, photography, leadership, AI, logistics, public speaking, cooking, dance, wellbeing, entrepreneurship, first aid, creativity — and many others.
💎 Pearls Together
A programme for people open to building a lifelong partnership and family. Not speed dating. Not a dating app.

At registration, guests may indicate their openness to meaningful connection. Those who do receive a small heart on their badge — visible, but never intrusive. Every participant joins on the basis of shared values and serious intentions.
💎 Pearls Podcast
Conversations that continue beyond the event. Interviews with inspiring guests, innovators, entrepreneurs and community builders — available to audiences far beyond Luxembourg.
💎 Pearls Charity
Selected evenings include charity auctions or initiatives supporting cultural, educational or humanitarian causes. Every pearl can create new opportunities for others.
💎 Pearls Media
Every story deserves to be preserved. Professional photography and short documentaries capture each evening — creating content for media partners, employer branding and wider distribution.
The Relay Model

Every Pearls evening begins with people and ends with new connections. After each evening, every guest recommends the next remarkable person — and possibly the next location. The network grows organically, one story at a time.

"I am not looking for celebrities. I am looking for people who connect people."

What to Expect
  • 3 guests · 3 stories · one evening
  • Live music · informal networking
  • Tea and coffee included
  • Professional photography and video (with consent)
Badge System
  • 🟡 Entry — included with every ticket
  • ❤️ Pearls Together — open to meaningful connection
  • 🍴 Culinary option — at selected evenings

Alcohol is not part of the Pearls experience. Food, when present, is always part of the programme — never a standard buffet.

Partners & Locations

Pearls evenings take place in remarkable spaces across Luxembourg — cultural centres, private galleries, historic spaces, wellness destinations such as Mondorf-les-Bains, and partner restaurants or studios.

We welcome long-term venue partnerships. Providing a space for Pearls evenings is a meaningful in-kind contribution — and a natural opportunity to connect with an engaged, values-driven community.

Partnership Opportunities
  • 🤝 Venue Partner — Host a Pearls evening in your space
  • 🍽️ Culinary Partner — Present your cuisine at a selected evening
  • 📸 Media Partner — Co-produce content and documentary material
  • 🎓 Workshop Partner — Bring your expertise as a guest instructor
  • 🌍 Institutional Partner — Support Pearls through sponsorship or grants
Business Model

Pearls of Luxembourg is an initiative of KOLOSVIT ASBL — a non-profit association. Our model is transparent and built for long-term sustainability.

🎟️ Individual Ticket
Entry to every Pearls evening is ticketed. Tea and coffee are included. Each evening has a recommended contribution reflecting the format and programme. Additional donations are always welcome.
🏢 Corporate Participation
Companies may reserve places for their teams — priority registration and optional recognition as an evening partner.
🤝 Partnership in Kind
Venues, culinary partners and media partners contribute through their space, product or expertise — recognised as a valued contribution to the Pearls ecosystem.
🌍 Grants & Sponsorship
Organisations and foundations may sponsor selected evenings or the programme as a whole. Once documented, Pearls will be eligible for FNR, EDF and sector innovation funding.

Our Vision

Pearls of Luxembourg is more than a series of evenings. It is a long-term community where people inspire one another, learn from experts, create new projects, build friendships — and sometimes even create families.

Our goal is to build one of Europe's most trusted communities — rooted in Luxembourg, open to the world.

Because every pearl begins with something small — and grows into something lasting.

Pilot Programme · Financial Sector

ARCH Resilience Hub for Financial Institutions

The Problem: Compliance, AML, Risk and Operations teams work under constant cognitive overload — regulatory deadlines, personal accountability and high-pressure multilingual environments increase the risk of burnout, loss of focus and staff turnover. Luxembourg has one of the highest burnout rates in the EU financial workforce.

  • AI-assisted wellbeing monitoring
  • Early burnout detection
  • Individual resilience consultations
  • Resilience Hub sessions
  • Cognitive recovery activities
  • Anonymous management reporting
  • ESG wellbeing metrics
  • Voluntary employee participation

For Whom

  • Banks
  • Investment Funds
  • AML Teams

Pilot Programme · Logistics & Transport

ARCH Resilience Hub for Transport Operators

The Problem: Drivers, dispatchers, ground coordinators and aviation operators face chronic fatigue, shift work and high-stakes decisions. Fatigue-related incidents remain the leading human factor in European transport safety.

What We Offer

  • Physiological fatigue monitoring
  • Pre-shift readiness screening
  • Simulator-based state assessment
  • Recovery Hub between shifts
  • Peer support groups
  • Anonymous safety reporting
  • NIS2 compliance support

  • Postal & logistics operators
  • Dispatchers & coordinators

Key Benefits

  • Reduced fatigue-related incidents
  • Measurable safety improvement

Pilot budgets from approximately €10,000–12,000 per month (basic version). Final proposal after initial discussion.

Pilot Programme · Education & Integration

Simulator-Based Training for Youth and Refugees

Using Liftoff drone flight simulators (6 licences, MoU signed), ARCH develops practical training programmes for young people and refugees — building real technical skills, focus and resilience through simulation. We are currently determining the location and equipment for our first training classroom.

Programme Elements

  • Drone flight simulation training
  • Focus and decision-making exercises
  • Stress resilience development
  • Certification pathways
  • Community integration
