KOLOSVIT ASBL is an innovative association registered in Luxembourg, where future technologies serve real human needs. We believe that digital education, mental resilience and cultural belonging are not luxuries — they are foundations for a dignified life in a new country.
Founded by Ukrainians living in Europe, KOLOSVIT builds bridges between communities, generations and disciplines. We work at the intersection of culture, science and social care — always led by humanity first.
At least 90% of our resources go directly to our mission: supporting displaced people, developing educational programmes and fostering meaningful cultural connections across Europe.
“We are united by shared values — humanity, knowledge, and the belief that every talent matters. Every person who arrives carrying loss also arrives carrying gifts. Our role is to help those gifts bloom.”
🖥 Digital Education — Autonomous systems, AI literacy and future-skills training.
🧠 Neuro-Resilience — The ARCH programme for cognitive health and stress recovery.
🤝 Social Integration — Cultural events, wellness and community belonging.
🌿 Environment — Ecological responsibility as a civic value.
KOLOSVIT ASBL is developing as an interaction platform — a network connecting people and organisations who support Ukraine and act together for its future. Not a Ukrainian club, but a cooperation network around Ukraine.
Technology partners include LuGus Studios (Belgium), Velosidron and others. We invite universities, educational centres and public institutions to collaborate.
In May 2026 we launched our first pilot project — drone simulator training — holding 6 Liftoff licences. We are currently seeking a permanent location and appropriate equipment (including 6 MacBook Pro M1 laptops, joysticks, and indoor training drones) to open our first training classroom.
Based on these memoranda, if you are interested in manufacturing activities in Ukraine, we can assist — our partner enterprises have tax benefits for employing people with disabilities.
Membership is based on mutual exchange. We ask two questions:
✱ What are you looking for?
✱ What are you ready to offer?
Those who only seek without contributing do not join this network — the principle of a living community where everyone gives and receives.
Stories · Skills · Connections
Pearls of Luxembourg is an initiative of KOLOSVIT ASBL and its CEO Jan Onyx (pen name) that brings together remarkable people through inspiring stories, practical knowledge and meaningful human connections.
Luxembourg is full of people whose stories deserve to be heard beyond their own circle. Pearls creates the space where these stories are shared — and where new connections begin.
Pearls is not just an evening series. It is a growing ecosystem — adaptable to any sector, any community, any story worth telling.
Every Pearls evening begins with people and ends with new connections. After each evening, every guest recommends the next remarkable person — and possibly the next location. The network grows organically, one story at a time.
"I am not looking for celebrities. I am looking for people who connect people."
Alcohol is not part of the Pearls experience. Food, when present, is always part of the programme — never a standard buffet.
Pearls evenings take place in remarkable spaces across Luxembourg — cultural centres, private galleries, historic spaces, wellness destinations such as Mondorf-les-Bains, and partner restaurants or studios.
We welcome long-term venue partnerships. Providing a space for Pearls evenings is a meaningful in-kind contribution — and a natural opportunity to connect with an engaged, values-driven community.
Pearls of Luxembourg is an initiative of KOLOSVIT ASBL — a non-profit association. Our model is transparent and built for long-term sustainability.
Our Vision
Pearls of Luxembourg is more than a series of evenings. It is a long-term community where people inspire one another, learn from experts, create new projects, build friendships — and sometimes even create families.
Our goal is to build one of Europe's most trusted communities — rooted in Luxembourg, open to the world.
Because every pearl begins with something small — and grows into something lasting.

Culture & Community
💎 Pearls of Luxembourg
Building community through culture, stories and connection — supporting tourism, local economy and civic engagement across Luxembourg.
ARCH adapts to the specific operational and psychosocial challenges of each industry. Below are examples of sector-specific resilience solutions — not standalone projects, but tailored applications of the same core methodology.
Pilot Programme · Financial Sector
ARCH Resilience Hub for Financial Institutions
The Problem: Compliance, AML, Risk and Operations teams work under constant cognitive overload — regulatory deadlines, personal accountability and high-pressure multilingual environments increase the risk of burnout, loss of focus and staff turnover. Luxembourg has one of the highest burnout rates in the EU financial workforce.
What We Offer
For Whom
Key Benefits
Pilot budgets start from approximately €10,000 per month. A detailed proposal is prepared after an introductory discussion. (Co-funding options may be available — to be confirmed with relevant authorities.)
Pilot Programme · Logistics & Transport
ARCH Resilience Hub for Transport Operators
The Problem: Drivers, dispatchers, ground coordinators and aviation operators face chronic fatigue, shift work and high-stakes decisions. EU NIS2 Directive classifies rail and road freight as critical infrastructure — human resilience is now a compliance issue. Fatigue-related incidents remain the leading human factor in European transport safety.
What We Offer
For Whom
Key Benefits
Pilot budgets from approximately €10,000–12,000 per month (basic version). Final proposal after initial discussion.
Pilot Programme · Education & Integration
Simulator-Based Training for Youth and Refugees
Using Liftoff drone flight simulators (6 licences, MoU signed), ARCH develops practical training programmes for young people and refugees — building real technical skills, focus and resilience through simulation. We are currently determining the location and equipment for our first training classroom.
Programme Elements
Target Participants
Artificial intelligence supports programme coordination, anonymous trend analysis and evidence-informed decision making — always as a supportive technology, never replacing healthcare professionals or clinical judgement.
Community Initiative
🐾 Rescue Programme — Dog Shelter, Poltava Region, Ukraine
ARCH is preparing a rescue programme for a dog breeding facility and shelter in the Poltava region, Ukraine. We plan to organise charity fundraising events and invite patrons, organisations and individuals interested in preserving this facility and supporting the animals.
If your organisation is interested in supporting this initiative or co-organising a charity event — we would be glad to hear from you.
